One of the greatest concerns for seniors are their finances. The everyday cost of living is at the highest that we have seen. Those of us that rely on Social Security for our sole income, have the greatest struggle. Many of us that had “nest eggs” for retirement, are long gone. Just trying to keep up is a real challenge.

All of that being said, we need to find the things in our lives that encourage us. Our friendships, our families and the activities that we enjoy so much. All of these things are worth the invest of our time and attention.

Remember that there is not one thing “worry” has ever changed. Everyday is choice, we can choose how we spend our time. Choose the things that bring joy into our lives.
